I'd been trying to find a plumber to service my gas fire back boiler, which is a daunting task not knowing who to trust... thankfully, a friend recommended Neil who she has had do many jobs for her. From my very first phone call with Neil I already felt at ease. A date was booked that suited me and the job was completed in a very professional and friendly manner. Neil was very courteous and easy to chat with. The service was complete and everything was put back together and left clean and tidy! I would absolutely recommend Neil for your plumbing needs... I'm definitely going to have an ongoing boiler service with him. A positive 5star rating from me!

We have always been very happy with all the work Neil has done and strongly recommend Summit. ??

We asked Summit heating to design and install a mains pressure conversion to replace our existing gravity fed hot water system. Andrew removed and disposed of the old hot water tank and header tank which he then replaced with a new pressurized hot water tank. The new pipe work was plumbed in and the whole new system was up and running the next day with little or no disruption to us at all. His knowledge and expertise were excellent. The new pipe work looks spectacular and the whole work site was left cleaner than before he arrived.
I would happily recommend this company to anyone.

We have used Neil at Summit now for a number of jobs, shower pump in the loft which was carried out in a professional manner. Very recent underfloor leak in airing cupboard and Neil called in to take a look on his way back from another job. Advised us on the way forward until he could sort the problem out for us. Truer to his work he came as soon as he could fit us in the following week and sorted out the problem for us. We would recommend him to anyone who has a problem, really nice guy, professional, and so helpful.

Neil fitted in our boiler service at short notice and I was very impressed with his expertise and knowledge.
In fact we are arranging for Neil to come back to do more work for us shortly.

Called the company to see if they could help me with my heating.
They weren't able to visit immediately as very busy, so instead they guided me on the phone how i could fix it myself, without even being asked.
Result? The problem was fixed thanks to their advice and it saved me the call-out fee.
I couldn't be more grateful to them for their kindness and genuine care trying to help any way they could.
I'd recommend them based on that.

Great job. These old cottages present old problems! Not a problem for Summit though. Great quote, arrived on time, work completed in a couple of hours and cleaned up as well! Happy birthday Neil.

Summit recently fitted a new boiler for us. From getting the quote through to it being fitted, Neil was great. Turned up when he said he would, thoroughly professional and did a great job.

Neill had already been highly recommended to us by our developer as they had installed all the plumbing and heating in our house.
Neil is incredible knowledgeable and nothing is to much trouble. So far they have serviced the boiler, fitted different mixer taps and installed a radiator in our garage.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I contacted Neil very early on a cold Saturday morning in desperation as we couldn't get anyone out to fix an issue with our underfloor heating. He straight away, via text message, guided us on how to fix the issue ourselves, providing advice and encouragement until we managed to get it fixed! The fact that he could help us there and then and all out of the goodness of his heart was amazing. Thank you so much Neil! I'll be recommending you to everyone from now on!

I contacted Summit Heating after a number of my local companies could or would not help me or wanted to charge higher than market cost to replace a heat pump. With the guys help i managed to change myself in 1 hour saving me money. The advice was really useful and the only company to solve. They took time for me to find out. They never earned a penny from this so the least i can do is leave a good review based on my customer experience. I have no hesitation in recommending and using this company in the future.

Polite, friendly service, punctual and reliable. Have used Summit for various plumbing services in the past and they have been great every time. They just replaced my radiator and took away my old one this week. It looks great and am really pleased with it. Ian and Neil are both professional and also great with my intrigued small children!

Neil was recommended to us by another plumber who was unable to help us with our boiler issue. It turned out to be very complicated but Neil persevered and got it sorted in the end for us so we could have hot water and heating! Great communication and nice guy. Overall really good service. Will be using Neil again for any future jobs.

Firstly I must praise Andrew and Neil and their team for travelling from Norfolk to Lincolnshire to refit my bathroom, I couldn’t be happier with the professional service I received from start to finish, my plans were drawn up and sent over to me and they arrived on schedule ready for the task ahead,I was kept well informed of the work in progress all the way through.although I had my expectations of what to expect I was blown away with the quality of the products supplied and the expertise of the fitting, I could go on but long and short of it I cannot fault anything and they have transformed it into a modern and stylish bathroom I never thought I’d have, once again high recommend and thanks to you all.

I've used Summit Heating for a number of things over the years and each time, they've been absolutely fantastic. Most recently I had a hole in my roof which was quickly and expertly fixed by David. Throughout the whole process he explained what the problem was, what he was doing to fix it and recommendations on what could be done going forwards. When he left, everything was spotless and I had a watertight roof once again. I've used Summit for boiler repairs, servicing and for a leaky shower. I would use highly recommend them!

Your colleagues were extremely friendly and informative throughout the work being done. The work was completed in good time and my house was left spotless once the work had been carried out. I would recommend your to all my friends and family without hesitation.

When I found the reliable plumber I had had for many years had retired, I was quite concerned, only to find that his son had taken over the business. So I knew I could trust him. Recently, after some 20 years’ service, my boiler gave up the ghost. Neil came to the rescue, installing a new boiler. The job was completed in one day (a second day for the very reliable electrician he employed). The work was so smoothly undertaken that at one time I even forgot they were there!
Not only did they have to remove the heavy old boiler concrete and fittings, but block up the huge old vent and drill through the outer flint wall to install a new smaller one. This involved moving my trellis further along the outer wall, a task in itself.
At the end of that first day, the boiler was installed and working; the room cleaned and things put back in place; every bit of debris removed inside and out and taken away. I can’t recommend them highly enough for a superb job well worth every penny. Thank you for your kindness, consideration and efficiency.

We have a Megaflo cylinder in our house, since we moved in it hasn't functioned correctly, Neil immediately knew the problem and resolved it, then explained to us how to keep a check on it
He then serviced our Glow Worm 24HXI boiler, replacing an O ring and left everywhere clean and tidy.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Summit Heating for a professional and thorough service.

After our old boiler packed in a friend put me and my partner on to Summit. Within a day we were provided with a quote and in barely over a week we had our replacement boiler fitted.
The chaps were friendly and professional,carrying out the work efficiently but also explaining how to get the best out of the boiler and improve the energy efficiency of our home as well.
They went through the warranty with me during the fitting and had the work finished by early afternoon. An all round top service.
